Born at an early age.

Left De La Salle at 17 and went to work for my Dad at Trio Construction. Ended up looking after my own sites having to organize 128 people, making sure that all areas of projects were fulfilled to specifications and on time. Stressful but very rewarding and enjoyable.

Went to University at Oxford to study Engineering where they found out I was Dyslexic the first term (never picked up at school... tut tut). Given a computer to assist with assignments (first computer). Fascinated by the PC I learnt all I could about the machine, writing software by the end of the course to prove Engineering theories.

During my year out my girlfriend and I had a beautiful baby girl.

Started designing websites when back at University to supplement income and support new family back in Jersey.

Won the CIOB UK Student award. Graduated Upper Second Class Honors (2:1)

Started working at RBC under a fantastic Manager and Mentor who taught me the fundamentals of management and IT development. Together we created BINet, Intranet for the British Isles.

Moved to Olsens to create database driven Intranet and Knowledge Management as well assist in other IT duties when needed. Fantastic people and many good times. Christmas 2003 I suffered a severe accident and cut all the tendons on right hand. Made a full recovery and returned to work for two hours, enough time to e-Mail people thanking them for their concerns before being called into the HR Directors office and being made redundant.

4

Started contracting, doing more hands on IT work developing software for small businesses and designing websites.

Now working as a Core Switching Engineer at Jersey Telecoms... But still doing Web Design ;o)
